Overview

We successfully delivered a complete end-to-end IT infrastructure solution for Definition Capital's new 104 bedroom co-living space in Harrow, North West London, integrating advanced technologies and connectivity throughout the property. This project involved the full design, supply, installation, and commissioning of all critical IT systems, working closely with architects, M&E consultants, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration with the overall development.

Scope of Work

• Structured Cabling: Designed and installed CAT6 structured cabling system supporting all voice, data, and AV requirements across the building.

• Guest Wi-Fi: Implemented high-speed, property-wide guest Wi-Fi with secure, seamless connectivity with room area network. This means each tenant have their own virtual network segmented.

• In-room TV: Installed 50" LG Hospitality in everyroom and 85" LG Smart TV in communal and lounges.
  ‍
• Access Control (Salto KS): Installed and configured Salto KS cloud-based access control for secure, flexible entry management across guest and staff areas.
  ‍
• CCTV: Deployed a comprehensive CCTV system providing full coverage of public and sensitive areas, ensuring safety and compliance.
  ‍
• Intercom System: Integrated Paxton IP-based intercom system with 3CX telephony allowing efficient communication across key access points and allowing tenant to see who is at the entrace through mobile app.

• Back of House Network: Developed a secure and scalable back-of-house IT network for operational and administrative needs.
  ‍
• State-of-the-Art Cinema Room: Delivered a fully equipped cinema room with professional-grade AV, acoustics, and lighting control.

• AV Systems for Gym and Lounge: Installed customized AV systems to enhance tenant experience in the gym and resident lounge areas.

• 10Gbps Internet Line: Provisioned and configured a high-speed 10Gbps internet connection to support all network demands with future scalability.

• Coordination: Actively collaborated with the project architect, M&E consultant, and client from early-stage planning through to final delivery.
