Our Story

Median IT was founded by Bharat Suchak, who has more than 20 years of experience in technology and hospitality industry. The company was born from a simple idea: "great hospitality technology should feel invisible."

Bharat saw a growing gap between what guests expected—fast, reliable, intuitive tech—and what hotels were delivering. Armed with years of experience on both sides of the industry, he set out to bridge that gap through thoughtful technology design and services.
